  1. Spend less time on Social media—take a social media diet.
  2. Read the news once a day or once a week.
  3. Have a todo list every day, add to your list things you’d do anyway such as “make the bed”, “breakfast” and “drink water”. Checking a few things will make you feel accomplished and will push you to do bigger ones!
